The program is accessed through CalHFA's network of approved lenders and is to be used with the CalHFA Dream For All Conventional First Mortgage.This is not a first come, first serve program. The interested homebuyer must register for a voucher on the website. A randomized drawing will select registrants who will receive the voucher. Voucher registration will open from April 3, 2024, through April 29, 2024.

• Eligibility: Each borrower must:- Be a first-time homebuyer.- Be either a citizen or other National of the United States, or a "Qualified Alien".- Meet credit, income, and loan requirements of CalHFA's first mortgage loan program. CalHFA's income limit for Sacramento County is $180,000.At least one borrower must:- Be a first-generation homebuyer.- Be a current California resident.
